Glass fibre (GF) Syringe Filters

Glass fibre (GF) membrane is chemically inert and available in higher pore sizes

than other membranes. Mechanically extremely strong and tolerant to most solvents,

GMF is ideal where high particulates are involved and is often used as a pre-filter before another membrane

Typical applications are dissolution testing, filtration of high turbidity solutions, air filtration,

and also recovery of DNA from biological samples.

GF Syringe filters can be sterilised by autoclave at 125℃ for 15 minutes.
